TROPHY FOR PSL SEASON 9 HAS BEEN REVEALED IN LAHORE
PSL Season 9 2024 Trophy: On February 13, 2024, PSL club owners and PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi attended the trophy launch at Polo Ground, Lahore. The PSL 9 is set to start on February 17.

Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi attended the function along with the owners of PSL clubs. To further celebrate, a professional band played various songs during the event. Party officials Shaheen Afridi, Sarfraz Ahmed, Shaan Masood, Mohammad Rizwan, and Shadab Khan were present at the ceremony.

“I am happy to say that HBL PSL is starting its ninth season, and it remains a success story for Pakistan cricket,” Naqvi said.
In an atmosphere full of excitement, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) organized a grand ceremony yesterday to reveal the much-awaited Pakistan Super League (PSL) trophy for the upcoming season at Polo Ground in Lahore. Since the first season, PSL has been sponsored by HBL Pakistan. The event caught the attention and attendance of all the team captains, further increasing the excitement of the upcoming tournament.
“I would like to express my gratitude to the title sponsor of the league, HBL, whose support has greatly improved cricket in our country and is associated with the name of the league. HBL’s dedication to the Pakistan Super League is demonstrated by all its accomplishments over the past 8 years.”
The PCB issued a press release highlighting the significance of the award, which is called “The Orion Trophy” and is expected to inspire all the teams involved. The board also explained the significance of the name, saying that the stars on either side are beacons of hope and aspiration.
“We are excited about the month-long celebration of the beautiful game of cricket and the excitement and drama that comes with it, which begins on this Orion Trophy front today,” Naqvi stated.
The trophy is made of pure silver and decorated with bright white gold, symbolizing beauty and glory. Beautifully covered in white gold, each spectacular piece offers a grace that flawlessly reflects the dignity of the Pakistan Super League. With an impressive investment of over 900 hours of careful work and 18,000 stones precisely hand-placed, this magnificent trophy stands tall as tangible evidence of a steady dedication and passion to work well in the middle of the deal.
