Philadelphia 76ers have signed nine times NBA All-Star forward Paul George to a massive four-year $212 million deal. This significant move was made just as the NBA Free agency period begins, sources revealed on Monday. The player famous for his scoring and defensive game style, George will play for a team headed by Cameroonian NBA MVP Joel Embiid.
Paul George’s Impressive Career
The 34-year-old forward is more experienced and quite talented announcing 20. 8 points, 6. 3 rebounds, 3. 7 assists, and 1. 7 steals per game throughout 867 games. The talented player has had the privilege of playing for the Indiana Pacers, Oklahoma City Thunder, and finally, the Los Angeles Clippers team in which he served for five seasons; however, he entered the free-agency period.
76ers’ New Look
The signing of Paul George brings the 76ers a strong combination of Maxey as a playmaking guard and Joel Embiid as early relief. Other reports suggest that Maxey has also committed to a five-year maximum deal extension worth $204 million after an impressive season that saw him averaging 25. 9 points and 6. 2 assists.
