Pakistan VS Ireland T20 Series 2024: Match Fixtures and Squads
Pakistan Cricket Team is set to tour Ireland for a three-match T20i series starting on May 10th, Friday.
The series is going to pose as a warm-up for the two teams before the T20 World Cup 2024 begins next month in June.
And for such an important series, Pakistan has selected Haris Rauf in the squad. The pacer was sidelined due to a shoulder injury before the New Zealand series.
2017 Champions Trophy star bowler Hassan Ali has also been included in the squad.
And Salman Ali Agha who had been in the reserves for the New Zealand series at home, has found a spot in the squad.
Meanwhile, Usama Mir and Zaman Khan were both in the home series squad and for the Ireland tour, they have been dropped.
Pakistan has also made changes in its coaching staff. They have appointed Gary Kirsten as their head coach and Azhar Mehmood who was made a head coach temporarily has been shifted to the role of assistant head coach.
Kirsten will join the Pakistan Cricket Team in Ireland and will travel with them to England and then to the USA and West Indies on May 30th for the T20 World Cup in June.
It should be noted that Pakistan has not announced their squad for the T20 World Cup yet. It is expected that the Pakistani team’s selection committee will announce the team during the England series or after the Ireland series has ended.

The two teams will meet in three T20Is on 10th, 12th, and 14th May at the Clontarf Cricket Club in Dublin.
