PAK VS NZ: Babar Azam achieves yet another record in T20I
PAK VS NZ T20i: Pakistan Cricket Team’s captain, Babar Azam has achieved another milestone during the last match of the T20i series against New Zealand.
The 29-year-old batter has become the player with the most fours in T20i cricket. While batting in the last T20i, Babar struck his 408th four in his 104th inning of his T20i career.
The record was previously held by Ireland’s Paul Stirling who had 407 fours in 136 innings.
Stirling is followed by Virat Kohli (361 runs in 109 innings), Rohit Sharma (359 fours in 143 innings), and David Warner (320 fours in 103 innings).
Babar Azam is also on the verge of becoming the player with the most runs in T20i cricket. He has 3804 runs and is behind India’s Virat Kohli who has 4037 runs, and Rohit Sharma who has 3974 runs.
Azam only needs 233 runs to become the player with the most runs in T20Is.
