Fakhar Zaman Shares His Thaughts About Batting Order In New Zeland T20I Series
Pakistan star batsman Fakhar Zaman while talking about the change in his batting order says that there is no problem with the change in the batting order and he is ready to play at any number for the team.
While talking to the media on Wednesday, Fakhar Zaman spoke about the reports about him playing lower in the batting order.
Fakhar Zaman Said: “I don’t view it [batting lower down the order] as a sacrifice. If the team management doesn’t see me fitting into the opening position, it suggests they believe I can contribute to winning matches batting lower in the order.”
Fakhr Zaman expressed his hope while talking about the competition for places in the team.
He said: “Given the competition for spots in the national team, I consider myself fortunate to secure a place in the playing XI, especially with the impressive performances from players like Babar, Rizwan, and Saim.”
Fakhar further said that he would be happy to play any number for his team wherever it would benefit the team.
“If Babar or Rizwan come at one down, then I can come at two down. I will be happy to play at number six or seven even,” he said.
