England Relies on Jofra Archer’s ‘Fear Factor’ to Conquer Pakistan in T20I Series

High on anticipation for England’s T20I series opener against Pakistan on May 22nd in Leeds is the return of Jofra Archer, the star fast bowler, after his injury layoff.

Jofra Archer’s impressive showing in the Second Eleven Championship at Beckenham on May 17 boosted his teammates’ confidence in his return to international cricket.

England’s all-rounder Sam Curran isn’t the only one buzzing about Jofra Archer’s return.

Curran is excited to have a player like Archer in the squad who is of incredible quality and he seems sure that England fans and players are excited to have him back as well.

He said that Archer has that extra pace and fear the English team can use to inflict fear in the opponents and he hopes that Archer’s injuries are a thing of the past now.

England, stung by their underwhelming performance at the 50-over World Cup last year, are laser-focused on avoiding a repeat at the T20 World Cup.

Curran added that Archer has had a really tough couple of years and they all are hoping that he comes back and does what he does best for England.

England, seeking to recapture their top form before defending their T20 World Cup title in the West Indies next month, will prioritize team building during their upcoming series against Pakistan.

Curran also revealed the message from Buttler and the coaching staff and it is that they want the complete group back together.
