Dario Saric averaged eight points and 4.4 rebounds per game last season, shooting an impressive 37.6% from beyond the arc. With over half of his shots coming from three-point range, Saric’s perimeter proficiency will complement Denver’s offensive strategy. His ability to spread the floor and play both forward positions makes him a valuable asset, especially when paired with the shot-blocking and athleticism of Payton Watson.
Denver utilized its $5.2 million taxpayer mid-level exception to sign Dario Saric, pushing them close to the NBA’s second apron hard cap of $188.9 million. Despite this financial constraint, the Nuggets have managed their roster efficiently. They recently re-signed Vlatko Cancar to a minimum deal, ensuring they still have the flexibility to pursue trade opportunities, including a potential deal for Russell Westbrook with the Clippers.
