Babar Azam surpasses Virat Kohli in another T20I record
Pakistan’s captain Babar Azam has achieved another milestone in T20I cricket.
Babar Azam has overtaken Indian cricketer Virat Kohli’s record of the highest number of fifty-plus scores in T20I cricket.
Babar achieved the feat during the third T20I between Pakistan and Ireland in which Babar scored 75 runs and won the match for Pakistan.
Babar now has scored 50+ runs 39 times in his T20I career. On 2nd spot is Virat Kohli with 38 50+ scores.
The toppers are followed by Rohit Sharma who has scored 34 50+ runs in his career and counting.

Babar is thriving and shining and he is about to achieve another milestone with him about to become the first Pakistani cricketer to surpass 4000 runs in T20I cricket.
Babar is just 45 runs away from the milestone as he stands on 3955 runs. He is the third highest scorer in T20I cricket just behind India’s Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma.
From overtaking Kohli in yet another record, Babar requires 82 more innings which he can easily score in the upcoming T20I series against England.
Babar’s outstanding performance helped the Pakistani team to win the T20I series against Ireland by 2-1.
