Afghanistan T20 World Cup 2024 Squad Announced
Afghanistan Cricket has announced 15 players’ names that will be a part of the national team in the T20 World Cup in June.
The team is to be led by internationally acclaimed bowler, Rashid Khan with the ODI World Cup 2023 Afghanistan captain not making it to the final 15.
Afghanistan has included two youngsters and new players in the team and they are Nangyal Kharoti and Muhammad Ishaq.
Kharoti debuted against Ireland in March 2024 and impressed everyone with five wickets in three matches.

Meanwhile, Ishaq, who is a wicketkeeper, was part of the Under-19 squad in the 2020 and 2022 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup.
